Manufactures of 10,700 meter-long tunnel was performed from input and output port portal without ventilation shaft and approach tunnel tunnel and the approach tunnel. From each tunnel portal 5,350 meters long  tunnel manufacture and ventilation was established. In this regard, it is Turkey's longest tunnel that the ventilation was performed from the tunnel portal. Tunnel excavation manufacturing was made ​​by the drilling-blasting method, support has been provided by spray concrete, wire mesh, rock bolts and retaining, tunnel isolation have been provided by injection after the tunnel covering has been constructed by reinforced concrete.
